"Other than the beds being the worst of our stay, overall my family's experience was pretty good. Nobody bothered us while we were in our room. Location was close to several different restaurants and shopping. After our checkout and had arrived home, the hotel actually called me to inform me that a tablet was left behind and held for until I returned to pick up. Thank you Days Inn for wonderful experience and honesty."

"I came in a day late on a Wyndham point’s reservation and since Wyndham gave a bad credit card and no contact information for me my reservation was canceled. Brian the clerk was very professional and helpful. It took us 45 minutes and 3 phones to get the right person from Wyndham on the line to help us. I was very frustrated, but Brian kept a cool and was very polite and professional. He kept helping in every way he could. He is a real asset to your hotel and to your business."

"I have never seen a more disgusting hotel, inside or out in the United States. I just drove 16 hours, and upon entering my room… The sounds, the smells, the state of the place… Everything completely beaten up and poorly, patched up, if at all… Everything hanging off of One screw including the locks… Then babies screaming audibly as if I was in the room with them… I am choosing to drive five hours more to home instead of staying here. Absolutely astonishing! The staff was very nice and understanding and did try to offer me another room, but the entire place is so rundown!!!! I would rather sleep in my car with my animals."

"Room had a few holes in the wall and bathroom was dated / toilet issue. Nice large TV though. Front desk was helpful and was quick to help with washroom issue with the toilet (easy fix). Breakfast was limited, but clean and decent options. Location wasnt great, next to rail line with the last train being around 1130. For a budget hotel it was totally fine for a one night stay."

"The employees there are great! George especially. I'm disabled, and am new to the area, and George overheard me talking to my home nurse about it. I never, in my wildest imagination, thought that a hotel receptionist would actually turn out to be a zealous disability advocate who wants to see me safe while my life improves and be a skilled concierge at the same time! Thank you, George, for the phone number to the mental health place and better place to rent! I'm so glad I answered honestly when you asked if we had driven a long way. If I had said something other than "No, I'm just paying to sleep here instead of staying at my apartment.", I don't think I'd be able to get as far as I have at this moment. The numbers you gave me are helping, and I'll be somewhere safe and clean soon! Thank you, man!"
