"I came here to get room. Nobody at the front desk. I ring bell - nothing. Called by phone - nothing! I left and took another hotel, which was really good!"

"Can't judge the room. I stood in the lobby for 25 mins ringing the bell and calling the number on the counter just to hear the phone on the other side ring. Needed 2 rooms but no one showed up. I was thinking to turn off the open sign for them cause I didn't see anyone. Seems to be a trend in this town for lack luster hotels with zero customer service."

"What an absolute gong show. The night manager with no teeth has no common courtesy on how to even talk to a customer. People please avoid this place or read the other reviews at the very least. Good luck"

"Got in the room the doors wouldnt lock properly i didnt feel safe at all. Daughter went to make coffee and it was full of mold. I asked for refund they didn't allow they switched rooms with us. And the microwave was nasty and dirty he had to put a new one in. I wouldn't reccomend at all."

"Hotel was clearly run down, but we were tired from a long day on the road. Went to the room. The smell wasn't good, but we thought we could tolerate it for one night. Then we looked at the beds - they were just thrown together. When I pulled back the blanket the sheets were black, dirty, and I made the fatal mistake of touching them. They were STICKY. Went to the front desk immediately. The clerk apologized and said we would get a refund but that the owner would have to process it. Then we got in the car and slept at a rest area. Multiple phone calls and almost 2 weeks later and no refund! We've had to get the credit card company involved. STAY AWAY."
