"I've used Bark At The Moon three or four times. They did a good job with my dog. However, I will not be returning because the owner's customer service is absolutely terrible. I was contacted by her to reschedule an appointment because she had some personal things to take care of. I was very understanding and was happy to come back several days later. When I showed up for the rescheduled time, the door was locked. After knocking several times, I was greeted with anger and was told I was contacted because this time didn't work either. I checked my phone, I was NEVER contacted about the second, rescheduled appointment. But was told multiple times I was, in front of my child who came with to drop off his dog. She was very rude and blamed me for her lack of organization. I will NOT be returning."
