"I’ve been living here for two months now and I’m very satisfied with this complex. At first it did seem a little ghetto and I thought I was going to regret signing a 12 month lease but so far it’s been great. No bugs, everything in the unit works and the neighbors are quiet and keep to them selves. The office staff are extremely nice and helpful. Maria is the best! She made the whole process of getting into my first apartment easy and answered any questions or concerns I had. I’m happy to call this place my home."

"This place is garbage and totally ghetto. The office staff are inept and shady in their practices. Realized after a week here that their buildings/units have cockroaches. They spray weekly if you ask, but before you consider that to be a + for the place, know that they don't even hire a professional company to exterminate pests. Instead they send some dumpster diver they hired, whom you're expected to let in your apt to splash Home Depot bought chemicals around your place. No thanks. Anytime you need some maintenance work done, you get put on some obviously imaginary list their crew is supposed to get around to completing. 3 months later and I'm still waiting. For the last 9 months I've been without a working oven. All the amenities they claim to provide in advertising is a lie. Fitness center no. Business center no. Just take a look at the pics...that's our laundry facility and pool. Like I said, garbage."
