"Update.... 02/16/2024 I have to say that with the new administration are really good impto ments, maintenance service is a 10+ I still do not know about pool, if we will be able to use it on sunmer and there is a bad homless issue, hope that and gate get improve soon 10/2022 pool stil not in service, maintanance no working, a month ago I call to report irrigation systrm broken, they call back (because I called as emergency) 2 hours later when ig was shut off, they said they will fix it, still not working and bad watter waste... it is not a gated community, gate is not working, and is open all the time, last night after a windshiel broken and 3 robery attempts, someone stole my car, office does not want to put cameras, it is very insecure now... really sad, because I lo e my apaftment, when I mo e i. It was a secure place ☹️ I have been living here for almost 6 years, when I moved the staff was friendly and nice place to live, now is very unsecured, the gate is always open , I live all the way In the back and in the last 4 weeks the police has been here 3 times, not saying that smell to marihuana... And very agree with the other coments, since I renew my contract I make a maintenance report and even I call 3 times and almost 2 months passed they haven't show up.... and last thing the back pool always is closed and dirty. now they change to arium, and no one answer the phone, you can not communicate to the office, i went to the office to pick up a pacage and we had to wait 20 minutes because no one was there.... Really bad service"

"The former maintenance did not do a good job in communicating when the requests would be Done and they did not come at all. Since the new company it has been a great experience. The work was done in a timely manner and they communicated when it would be completed. They did an excellent job. Very satisfied"

"I’ve been asking them to fix my heater since November 2023 and still nothing. Every time we ask for something to be fixed it takes weeks or months for them to do something. They also never answer the phone. There’s a whole bunch of homeless people walking around since the gate doesn’t work and they say there is security but I don’t see anybody. They also keep saying they’re going to get new management and things are going to better but I see no change, the only change there has been is a new portal to pay rent. They make sure to make a new website so the rest is payed but don’t care about their residents."

"This place sucks They never answer the phone, never fix anything, maintenance and office stuff are rude, i have been without a washer for longer than a month and a half and office just says “I don’t know what to tell you anymore, there is no much i can do about that” They are really disrespectful and everytime i called and they don’t answer if i go to the office stuff is always chilling and talking about the residents. DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT THE RESIDENTS CONCERNS. Ask any resident at the property, everybody is so annoy by the property here. I did emailed 2 different emails, just to get a answer of the new management they can no do anything and that I have to fix it myself. You guys definitely don’t care. Can’t wait to finish my lease."
