"I'm into my 7 month here at Toscana Apartments. There were some minor issues but the maintenance and management staff resolved them very quickly. One major negative issue: there is very limited overflow parking. Each apartment gets one assigned covered parking all others it's first come first serve. In today's world most families operate two vehicles. The second mayor issue: roaches are very heavy, and the pest control should be around every week to get rid of the roaches. I almost didn't move in here because of the high amount of the roaches. I try to schedule Pest control to come through every other week to spray. The third issue: The pool has been closed, but the outside water to the outside shower hasn't been cut off. The water should be cut off, so the kids can stop playing with that faucet and running that water. We as tenants are paying for that and the pool is not in use. I have asked several times for that water to be shut off. ."

"Good luck for those who live in that place and the new ones, that place is full of problems, I'm going to mention a few. They allow pets and no one picks up the animals' poop, the cats sleep on top of the cars and are constantly damaging them. That place is infested with cockroaches and bedbugs, no matter how much you clean, before I moving out I had to throw my things in the trash because of that, in the street they throw shots from time to time on my opinion is not safe to live over there"

"When The Comments Say Roach Infested Believe Them. They Will Spray Your Apartment The Morning Before You Move In & Once You Start Unpacking , Them Roaches Come OUT. Management Will Make It Seem Like Your Just A Dirty Person & “ Need To Clean “ But Realistically Theres Nothing You Can Do . I Calked My Apartment , Bombed It , And Had Them Spray , NOTHING Keeps Their Roaches Away -.- . It’s Disgusting . There Was Roaches In The Toilet , Light Fixtures , In The Cabinets . I Mean Clearly That Was The Roaches Home & I Was Just Visiting . Terrible Place To Live & Expensive For The Cheapest Appliances On The Market ."

"I lived here for three years. These apartments are infested with roaches. I don’t care how much you spray how many times you bomb your apartment they come out the walls the sinks everywhere they walk across the ceiling. They’re in the cabinets it’s like you’re paying rent for roaches. The only good thing about this complex is the maintenance, outside of that these apartments are Infested, I would be embarrassed to have company because they come from Everywhere I kept a clean house. It doesn’t matter what you do."
