"Do not recommend anyone to these apartments! They do not know what they are doing as I waited for more than 2 weeks after putting in an application for an answer and they decide to deny me because of a voicemail I left after being frustrated that they would not answer my phone calls for 3 days. Would give them 0 stars if possible. Will the property manager is very unprofessional and no one in the office has knowledge of what they’re doing."
"Horrible management. Bad area. Homeless roam around. Not gated. Trashy. I have had multiple issues with these apartments. To begin, my car was stolen overnight back in October. I lived here for 8 months and kept the apartment in absolute perfect condition. After my lease ended and I moved out (and cleaned every inch of my apartment), I never got my security deposit back. Legally, they had 30 days to send a check. It took multiple requests via email (since they NEVER answer their phone) to finally get a check in the mail. To my surprise, they charged $145 for a cleaning fee and carpet cleaning, saying they do this with all tenants. I'm in the process of filing with small claim court to get my money that they wrongfully with-held and I am sueing them for the unlawful delay in returning my money. Do NOT move here. I thought as my first apartment, it wouldn't be too bad. I seen the reviews and ignored the negative ones, but I PROMISE you that you will regret it."
"I lived at these apartments from 04/2012 to 09/2016. Never had a problem with neighbors or roaches or bed bugs or the office staff. I moved out because I bought a house but really liked living here. I go back there once in a while because I left good neighbors and friends. Totally recommend these apartments complex."
"My husband, children, and I moved in to these apartments in Feb of 2012, and since moving in, our apartment has become infested with roaches! They moved in two couples and their children (more than the 5 people legally allowed in a 2X2 by the way!) who CONSTANTLY make more noise than can be expected from an upstairs neighbor, and they smoke so much pot, it makes my whole apartment below them smell like a pot farm! We have complained to management (INCLUDING the new management that claim to have taken over in July/August of 2013) and all they tell us is that we should call Metro. When I call Metro they tell me that it is the management who should be taking care of the noise issue, but they are investigating the weed issue! Management will not do anything to fix the bug issue in this slum, and we are not the only ones who are having a bug problem, the neighbor across from us is also infested! We are moving out of this slum, and so is our neighbor because of the management (or lack there of) in this place! If you are thinking about moving in here because it's affordable, DON'T DO IT, IT IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY IN THE LONG RUN!!!!! I plan on reporting this place to the housing authority as a slum, and also to the water authority for all of the plumbing issues that never get addressed by the managers! Also, the parking lot is not a safe place at night because of all the drug dealers and hookers standing around out there, but it is a lot less safe with all of the outdoor lights that don't work and never get fixed! The one in front of building 4 was actually knocked over and they "fixed" it by stealing a construction A-frame sign from Charleston and taping the light pole to it!!"
"These apartments are the wort mistake of mine & my husbands life. We moved in last year in March (14month lease) they gave us an apt downstairs & in our 3 week of living here my husband & I were laying on our bed at 3 am & we heard our bedroom window open & some guy was literally breaking in & I soon as my husband screamed hey! The guy ran off my husband stormed outside to run after him but the dude was nowhere to be found. Then during May I saw a mice and my husband & I went to the office and they were "for sure" gonna get rid of it. So after 2 weeks of still seeing the mice & hearing them more at night we told management to switch us apartments upstairs so they did & on the first day the guy downstairs complained. Like really of course there was going to be noise we were moving in. So the new apartment they gave us is worse it has roaches & more rats and I'm a clean person so I don't understand, the laundry room is dirty the machines are filthy they never work!! At night the lights don't work not even the light in the parking lot so scary to go outside at night. To make all this worse the staff takes weeks to fix whatever in the apartment. and the lady who is always there Esmeralda is VERY RUDE don't let her pretty face fool you, she has an attitude, she disconnects the phone so no calls can go thru & her bf is sometimes there in the main desk watching videos laughing & sometimes hes outside the door talking on the phone cussing @ whoever hes talking so unprofessional. Seriously don't move here. I'm so happy I'm moving out next month."
