"If I could rate these apartments 0 stars I would. I’ve had 3 break ins since living there. Constantly had to reach out to maintenance to fix things, just for the leasing office to tell me they were not aware. I broke my lease and the lady at the leasing office decided that she was going to spite me by withholding my deposit and putting unnecessary charges on my account. Very unsafe environment. The lady at the leasing office is known for scamming people."

"We love our new home! We’re new to Las Vegas and we were looking for a home “close” to most everything. We found The Brixton and went to see Sandra, the Property Manager. She is amazing! She helped us apply, got us approved and we moved in within 3 days. The place is so big, even our local movers couldn’t believe the size of it. We intend to stay a long time. This is exactly what we were looking for. Thank you Sandra for all your efforts to help reduce our stress. You went above and beyond and we appreciate you!"

"These are photos the night I moved in. Not only did they allow me to sign the lease before viewing the unit, (which I never would have signed having seen how incomplete the apartment was,) but they lost one of my rent checks, failed to respond to at least three maintenance requests, never fixed the "blue tape" (scattered throughout the apartment and detailed what still needed fixing,) and also lost parcels that were delivered to the office. If you look at the bathroom photo, there are no knobs to utilize the shower, and there was no shower head installed for at least four days because the maintenance people could not do their job properly. They spend more on "landscaping" and fixing things that no one is using, opposed to fulfilling their obligations to tenants. I left one piece of (nice) furniture upon leaving, was charged $100 for its removal, and I bet it's sitting in their model unit. I only stayed because it was cheap, but I would not recommend this place to anyone."

"I lived there for 6 months and got robbed twice. (That's just me, I head about other neighbors being robbed all the time) The office NEVER answers their phone and she's ALWAYS leaving early. It's REALLLY annoying and frustrating when you're trying to call for maintenance of any sorts and get sent to voicemail 9/10 of calling them. The apt itself Is okay, but their security is not the best. My biggest issue was always with the landlord. It'd be cool if she actually did her job and stayed in the office during the hours they're supposed to be there."
