"Property gas has been sold, and the mgr no longer is there. If you want to live somewhere where the onsite property manager who sounds like she smoked every cigarette that has ever been sold yell obscenities including the "n" word at potential and current tenants, one that tries to dictate whom you can and can't befriend and whom can and can't befriend you? Then look no further this is the place for you. If that isn't what you're looking for, then don't move here. In my opinion, the onsite property manager is a loud, rude, crude, vulgar woman named Trish who I believe would be better suited to work in a jail with prisoners."

Maybe you'll get better since the wicked wicked person has been fired you are fired and the management company fired so this place has been ratchet I lived there for two and a half years and it was her the manager landlord all working Personnel that made that place unbelievably unbearable horrible so now since the horrible people are gone and management changed maybe it can start to heal and get better for the better. You will still reap what you sow for the horrible crimes that you committed."

"If I could rate this place zero stars I would. Trish, the manager at the front desk is a mean old lady who treats her tenants horribly. She yells at people who come to her with any sort of little problem. She’s never dressed professionally. The office is connected to her apartment so most of the time I see her in her pajamas. I could go on for hours. They’re infested with roaches I have hundreds of photos of them crawling on the walls and coming out of over where. Every time I mention it she gave an attitude and said they would come spray but they never would. I lived there for 8 months the maintenance man is creepy and was always watching mine and a few others doors constantly. Luckily I was able to escape and I hope this helps you other people looking to steer away from this place immediately!!"

"Been here 6 months, and I love this property! The manager, Trish, is very honest and straightforward, and the maintenance, Chris, is better than anyone could ask for. This place just got new owners in February. First thing they did was Jack up the rent $50 a month, before anything was done to the property. I hope this is not a sign to, because I was not looking to move from here anytime soon."

"The lady at the desk sounds like shes had 17 to many cigarette. I called 3 times! 2 of those times she hung up on me! I literally asked if she had any information she could give me since every question i asked she cut me off. Moving can be stressful. Being displaced. Even more. Terrible experience to have while trying to find a place. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible"
