"Don’t move here the manager and assistant manager are rude, incompetent, and thieves!!!! I moved out on 11/02/2023 from apt 2069 due to the unsatisfactory customer service received from the manager and assistant manager. In September of 2023 I submitted a payment of $1490 for the total balance on my account. In October I received a call from Jessie Stating I had a delinquent balance of $200 from a previous month's rent. When I looked into my ledger, I saw they had deposited my checks for the month of September. Then reversed the one for the amount of $400 and deposited back only as $200. When I tried speaking to the manager about it, she was extremely rude. She stated they had reversed the payment in order to charge a deposit back from my initial move-in. Mind you my move-in had taken place a whole year prior on 08/03/2022. I reached out to corporate back on o 10/03/2023 to discuss the matter and I never received a response. Today is 12/01/2023 and I have yet to receive my final move out statement. When I called today 12/01/2023 to request my statement, Edna stated she had no clue what paper I was talking about. Make sure to ask for your statements they over charge people!!!"

"I honestly can’t wait until my lease is over! The rent amount is ridiculous for what you get and the area. You also have to pay an additional fee for covered parking. The mailboxes have been broken for months and have yet to be fixed. I’ve lived here for 16 months and the pool barely just opened up for the first time since living here. The maintenance workers are nice, however, it literally takes them MONTHS to come address your maintenance requests. You might also receive a false voicemail like I did stating that your maintenance request was complete and nothing was wrong even though they have no permission to enter nor did they ever actually show up. I regret renewing my lease especially with the $260 increase. Not worth it at all! If you can, move elsewhere!"
