"Our family and I we live here since 2020 and we are happy we have close all stores me and 2 more families moved out of CA and it’s very affordable for my mom too as a retired old woman. The ladies in the office are nice and helpful. Parking good, clean and nice."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. Nothing but problems since the moment I signed the lease. From having my “assigned” parking spot CONSTANTLY in use to break-ins being blamed on me and having no access to my own mailbox. The front office is ZERO help- they only make false promises with no follow through. Worst complex and lack of proper management for what I thought were basic necessities. I’ll be leaving as soon humanly possible!"

"I live here and I’ll be moving when my lease ends. Been having problems with parking the moment I moved in. No covered parking, only numbers to say it’s reserved and I’ve been having to tow peoples cars and had my car towed because of not being enough parking. People see it’s reserved and don’t care and still park in reserved spots. A lot of people including myself just got their cars towed due to having parking spots repainted as if that will tell people to not park in reserved spots and apartment complex getting their residents towed. Send you an email to let you know and that your car will be towed, won’t tell you where to park for the time being and they don’t tell you the day before as a reminder. Which it won’t be the last. Not enough guest parking. The pool just opened up after almost 2 years that I lived here. The office rarely answers their phone and been having new managers almost every month and can’t get ahold of anyone. Just started having problems with my dishwasher with water turning black and creating a horrible smell and maintenance telling me it’s fine and nothing is wrong with it because water is draining, even though it keeps coming back. So I haven’t used it. Not worth living here and way to pricey."

"Haven’t been living here for too long but i have not had any issues. Management has been good and the staff in the office are amazing and very polite! Also had a repair done recently . It was done very efficiently and maintenance was good to resolving the issue. Clean facilities office and always help with a smile ."

"Moved here a month ago and I am very content with our apartment, we chose a new remodeled unit and it is very nice. I really like that the grounds are kept clean which give the community a nice look. Management was also very attentive and communicative during the move in process."
