"I've been here for 3 years. My favorite features are the attached two car garage and big patio space. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. Nice floor plan. Convenient location. Maintenance does a good job. The rent went up around $200 since I moved in. The quality of the apartment is okay. Walls, baseboards, switches, wall plates, and garage floor were painted over to look new. Mine didn't come with a garage door opener or washer/dryer. The flooring is cheap laminate that can damage easily. The appliances are old. They don't replace microwaves. The patio fences are worn out. The rain gutters are damaged. A lot of lights in the neighborhood don't work. The roads are narrow and concaved. The neighborhood looks like a storage facility. There's little to no parking for guests, but there are plenty of reserved spots only special tenants can rent. Sometimes it takes several days or weeks and several calls to the office before they'll send maintenance."

"They management at this location discriminates against minority .i recently applied and there provided money for credit check $50 and $300 holding fee. Also provided 3 forms of employment which well over exceeded the income requirements .i have zero criminal record good credit and no evictions and i was denied because of the color of my skin.this was such a waste of time .Iam a african american women with my own business and its sad that people cant look past the color of people skin color in this country .thanks for denying my iam taking my money else where and i will find something better with better mangement who doesnt discriminate ."

"I just recently signed a lease and will be moving in in April 2018 with my husband and two dogs. Michelle was such a sweetheart and she was nice to me, she helped me throughout my paperwork process and taught me new things about the area. the whole office is nice until... The Vice President of the complex walked in, she kept on asking me whether I am Korean, I told her I am not, I am Vietnamese, and she kept on pressing and swearing on how she thought that I am "Korean" because of how "well spoken and mannered I am..." Like can you be anymore oblivious and rude?? I am Vietnamese, some of us have good manner, and some of us don't. When you asked these kinds of question, you are alienate your tenant, you are a 50 something years old lady, and seriously you just don't know how to make people feel welcomed. Do you even interact with people of colors that much? Labeling someone as "Korean" because I act certain way is a special kind of racism... Be prepared for stupid questions like this, everyone."

"This place was great for my husband and I. Having a garage is nice until they upped the rent. After many complaints regarding the so called gym nothing has been fixed it's been 1 1/2 years of complaining regarding the gym. The cupboards in the kitchen are horrible they have wall paper texture on them once they get wet it peels. We have had problems with the garage leaking when it rains. Another complaint I made as it can turn into mold they just painted over it. Garage gets a stinky smell every time it rains and the walls get soaked. The office ladies are nice. I've had problems with Eileen as she is not so friendly. My husband and I have never been late on our rent and she still is cold. During summer we have ant problems really bad. The pool need to be cleaned more and after never receiving a notice for our lease expiring 3x now they blame it on the post office. If you have allergies this is not the place. Dust builds up so quick and the bedroom does not get much air flow. We just put out 30 day notice in. This is the Lindell location"
