"COME AT YOUR OWN RISK ⛔️ car got broken into pool always dirty or drained, dogs poop where they want kids running around unattended cant even use the gym/maintenance storage lol i had black mold they didnt care about dryer had a whole fire or any problem they take long or DONT FIX it. I heard gun shots before ...sue wont stick up for herself crystal sucks no one likes her not even her husband she thinks shes running the hilton but just running it to the ground i never hated a place so bad and she deletes comments only good thing was the one maintenance man dude he was just good to talk to cause he'll listen and thats it lol not enough people dropping real comments this place ruined alot of good things for me with the side problems"

"If I could give zero stars I would. Starting with management and maintenance following right behind. They’re money hungry and don’t fix any of the issues just throw a rug over it and tell you it’s done. I’ve had black mold grow multiple times and all they do is put caulking glue right over it or ignore my requests for WEEKS. They have roaches and rats running through the complex in broad day light. Might be why they let the stray cats roam all through the complex. Looks nice but I would avoid at all costs!! I left and wish I would have done it as soon a Crystal got into the office. She knows little to nothing about management. Good luck to anyone still there"

"First I want to Thank Letecia the Manager she is awesome me and my son lived there for about two years and it was great. I actually got a chance to rent out the model when the manager told me it was available. It was beautiful Leticia has been nothing but great to me. The area was very quiet when I lived there nice park for my son to play football. Jacuzzi and pool area always clean. I would recommend this place to anyone if you like your peace & quiet. Good job Letty-renisha m."

"The Manager "Letty" is a wonderful woman, she is always on the ball when it comes to keeping the community nice and very helpful with questions and concerns. The Maintenance staff is awesome always there to fix any problems i might have. I would highly recommend these apartments.Great park just steps from your door.I feel its a very safe apartment to call home."
