Rancho Mirage Apartments

"Started my lease back on October and I have to say my spouse and I are happy with this community. Maintenance is on top of things. I want to give some recognition to Pedro! Most down to earth and genuine person! Any issues we have are quickly resolved my the admind and maintenance crew. The community is beautiful, everyone is nice. The amenities are plentyful for the price. The only downside is the playground and tennis court not being open. My stepdaughter was really excited to play in it only to find out that it's been closed for a while with no real date as to when it would re open. Besides that though, they still deserve 5 stars! Cheers to all you guys thank you!"

"After being here for a year I can say that I love it here and the team. Stacey and Leslie has been amazing through the whole process moving in and upkeep. I'm glad to be renewing with them. Jessica and Keisha were great through the renewal process and assisting with any of my other concerns. Anytime I stop by the office the team is so welcoming and we have a great time! "Pedro to the rescue! I’ve had a running toilet for MONTHS. I had a maintenance guy come in, flush it, and tell me it was fine. It was not fine! It kept running! So for months I dealt with the constant noise of a running toilet. I couldn’t even relax in my tub because all I’d hear was toilet noises. I decided to call maintenance and try again. THANKFULLY Pedro was the one that responded to my request this time. He fixed my toilet, got it to also flush without needing to hold down the handle and fix my faucets that were broken (I didn’t even know they were broken to begin with!). He was incredibly nice and all smiles. Made me feel confident in his abilities. No more constant toilet noises, I can finally sleep and relax in peace! Thank you PEDRO! The 5 stars I’m giving is for Pedro *****!"

"So far I am completely dissatisfied with my unit. I have had to put in work order after work order after work order just about every month. My ceiling leaks like crazy when it rains (and I live on the bottom floor) my AC unit is always leaking, my fridge had to be replaced and my unit actually flooded from a neighbors unit. All this in just 6 months. Maintenance is good about getting to the problem but it seems that it’s always a band aid and they don’t really fix anything. My ceiling tiles have caved in and the wall where my breaker box is is filled with water. This a joke for this property management. No resolution has even been provided. I called at 4:50PM 09/01/23 to get an update and they close at 5. But obviously they close earlier than that. Negative stars if I could. Legal action will be taken."
