"Please do NOT believe the "responses" below. The property management is doing absolutely NOTHING about what is happening to me here. As I type this to you right now midday my neighbors are BLASTING music and shaking my walls. i have sent countless emails to the property manager Michael and he doesn't care. Doesn't respond. A regional manager reached out and pretended to care, but after a few emails just stopped responding as well. I have sent RECORDINGS of what is happening LATE at night next to me, and was told "oh it sounds distant", yall i wish i could upload these recordings. It sounds like music being blasted in MY bedroom. This place is horrible. It may be easy to get into, but there is a price to pay for everything. I should have just stayed in an Air B&B and took my time. I felt rushed and moved in here and I deeply regret it. There are MANY other properties on N Rainbow to choose from. PLEASE do not move to this complex. The black mold, the horrible management staff and now the terrible people they allow to live here. It's not worth the mental distress. ************* When I first moved into my apartment it was absolutely disgusting. Like filthy, they tried to make it right the best they could and I never gave jt a bad review because of their flexibility with us moving in on short notice…. In the fall there were multiple leaks in my roof from the ceiling. Left disgusting brown spots all over my ceiling. This was late August. They LITERALLY just fixed the roof about a week ago but the nasty spots are still there. The complex has really declined in less than a year. Vandalisms and break ins. A neighbor has moved next to me and blasts music all day long literally shaking my walls so bad pictures have fallen off. It was so bad today that I was made to sign out by my supervisors and lost a day of pay. I called the rent office multiple times and they don’t answer. Sent multiple emails to NO response. Also emailed about black mold concerns with no response. It’s so frustrating because you see an office manager responding to all reviews but they literally do nothing about the issue while you live here. Let this not be the first option on your rental list. I was in a hurry and had to take it and I’m deeply regretting it because ultimately I’m going to lose my job because this place completely ignores their tenants concerns. I’m so upset"
"Where do I even begin. Moved in 9 months ago. After signing the lease wasn’t able to move in for over a week because not only was the apartment filthy with an off smell to it but the ac was not working in 120 degree avg temp heatwave. The refrigerator and freezer literally smelled like death and rotten meat. The smell permeated the entire apartment. It was nauseating and they didn’t want to replace it! My friend and I had to fight tooth and nail to get it replaced with numerous emails, maintenance reports and calls to the rental office. We were also notified that there were scheduled repairs to the roofs in the complex but no repairs actually happened. After weeks of back and forth the fridge was finally replaced. We try to settle in but then at the start of September Las Vegas had torrential, monsoon rains that caused our roof to leak in the kitchen. Water was pouring from the kitchen light like a shower and other areas of the kitchen ceiling as well. The kitchen light shorted out. We put in emergency maintenance reports that weren’t responded to. After numerous calls and emails their response was a lot of apartments have water damage. WTH! Because of our work schedules we normally eat in the evening, when it’s dark. There was no working light in the kitchen because of the short caused by water damage that would not have happened if they had actually repaired the roof when they said they would in July but didn’t. Wasn’t able to cook dinner for OVER a month! One story we were told was the light would be repaired in a week. Then we were told the light was on order. Then we were told the light fixture is no longer made by the company and there were no replacements available. You get my drift. It was weeks of excuses and “we have hired a contractor to fix everything.” They did not. One of their maintenance guys finally came with a light and replaced the shorted one. No testing was done to ensure the wiring wasn’t seriously damaged by the water. The heating element in the oven went out after that. It was another month before the part came and was fixed. Meanwhile numerous neighbors are complaining about an ongoing problem of black mold in their apartments. They even told one neighbor it’s just mildew. They tested it and it came back positive for black mold. Lots of people moved out because of the mold and water damage issues in their apartments. My building used to be very quiet. The whole complex was when I first moved in. It was one of the things I liked about it. That all changed recently with new neighbors that share a wall with us. They blast music all day and evening. It is shaking the walls loud. The other person that lives in this apartment works from home. She has been written up by her job because of the noise coming from the other apartment. The neighbors have continuously blasted their music past quiet hours as well as at 3 am. Made numerous complaints to the office and instead of them addressing the noise issue with a warning or call to keep the Music down they wanted us females to go knock on this guy’s at door and talk to him. No, No No! That is what you have security for. The neighbors know they are causing a nuisance and intentionally turn up their music because they know there are no repercussions. They are loud in their apartment and the parking lot arguing, yelling, talking loud and scaring other females and guests who park near them! Females do not move here. It’s getting dangerous at night. Your safety could be at risk. This is a gated community but the security gates are not working correctly or don’t close. People regularly drive in through the broken out gate. The mail room and Amazon Hub also have non working security panels so anyone can go in either place and potentially steal your mail or packages. The entire office staff is different from when I moved in 9 months ago and they have neglected the safety issues on the property, never answer emails or calls and in a relatively short time due to negligence have ruined the once pleasant atmosphere of this complex."
"Update to respond to reply below. Is that an ACTUAL joke!!!!!?? I have emailed your office MULTIPLE times. I have called MULTIPLE times! Yall do NOTHING. You don’t respond to emails nor do you call back. Meanwhile my neighbors literally torment us with excessive LOUD music 24/7! Other neighbors moving out droves because of black mold. Please stop lying in this review section. You all do NOT care about tenants once you have their money. And people need to know the TRUTH. It’s crazy that yall all would rather have a violent tragedy on your property than to make your tenants feel safe! ********** As all can clearly see below, I wrote a review of my experience at this apartment and it went completely ignored. This is what I have been dealing with for weeks. I write multiple emails, send multiple voicemails because they never answer when I call and it goes unacknowledged. My new neighbors torment be daily with loud music that is ultimately going to cost me why work from home job and this Apartment rental will do absolutely nothing about it. I have written about concerns with black mold because my roommate has had cancer, and they ignore. It’s so disheartening. Sadly we will likely have to break our lease because of the non livable condition. I am so mentally stressed out and depressed because I can’t even get a good nights rest and absolutely nothing is being done about it. Please be careful when finding your next home"
"By far one of the worst properties I have ever dealt with. My husband and I lived here almost 3 years. In this time, it has changed property management companies and managers/staff more times than I can count on my hands and the community and neighborhood has consistently gotten worse each year. Last year, towards the end of summer, they redid the roofs throughout the property. In the first week of September we had bad storms and wound up with 9 leaks throughout our apartment. The complex did absolutely nothing until I finally got ahold of corporate in December and got them to come in and fix our interior damages/mold. We were out of the house for a week for repairs, and were unable to get compensation for having to stay in a hotel other than $400 which took weeks of debating, threatening to sue, and eventually proving to them we had mold in our unit. They eventually let us out of our lease in end of February, but this should have all been handled within 14 days of being reported, and they should’ve have reimbursed us the entire 2k it cost us to be out of the house while they completed their repairs. On top of all this, they never even fully completed the repairs and we have continued to have leaks up until we got out of the unit. Lastly Desiree the assistant manager is one of the rudest most useless employees possible and does nothing to help residents, would rather scream at and argue with them. And Jc the maintenance manager is a joke who marks service requests completed when they haven’t been"
"This is a most excellent property. The layout and unit designs are very pleasing and of distinctive character. Leasing agent Ms. Vonda Rogers rates a minimum of 10 stars and I will be forever grateful for her gracious assistance."
