"I picked this apartment complex for its safety and privacy. The manned guard gate and attached garage for all units is a big plus. Any maintenance issues I’ve had have been promptly and properly addressed and fixed. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and accomodating. Naomi is the best of the bunch. She above and beyond to help me with a request I had the last time my lease was up for renewal."

"I’m giving this property a 5 star solely because of Naomi who works in the office. I was pretty unhappy when first moving in because some things were different from what I was showed and also because of the unit not being fully cleaned I expressed my concerns with people in the office and was told they were going to be fixed multiple times after a few weeks nothing was still done once I finally spoke with Naomi things were getting done right away and I was so thankful. I really wanted to be happy where My son and I were living and comfortable and knowing she is there and I call her for things to get done gives me a peace of mind. Thank you Naomi!"

"I had a great experience living in this apartment for a year since moving to Las Vegas. The process of moving and finding a new home is always intimidating but Naomi and Cynthia from the office have made the process easy. The staff as a whole were nothing short of kind, patient, and welcoming throughout the year and I am sure they will continue to be. I lived in the second floor one bedroom unit with the vaulted ceiling and I have no doubt I will find no apartment from this point forward that is as spacious and well-lit as this one. The linear floor plan made it easy to furnish and the indoor entry stair as well as the attached garage were luxuries to have. The community is quiet and comprised of neighbors who just go about their own days. But most importantly, it felt secure and home. Maintenance has always been quick and the security team deserves a praise for being thorough with their job and for being friendly as well. Though I decided to move out to save some rent as these uncommon features do bring the price higher - I will happily return should another opportunity arise."

"I love this place! So nice and quiet. The staff are super awesome especially Naomi. She is one of the best staff, always nice and friendly. I would recommend to go tour the apartment with her, she is amazing. I live here for one year and never have problems at all. One of my favorite place!"

"DO NOT MOVE HERE. The office is unorganized and will blame you for their mistakes. Maintenance is understaffed. Guys always quit. Will take months to fix things in your unit. Somethings will never get done. I moved into a newly renovated unit. The renovation was not finished & It was poorly done. A list of things need to still be fixed. That should have been finished in renovation. But I still pay full rent every month even though the unit was not done properly. The office treats me as if it’s my fault it’s not done like I am not a customer. They won’t pay for a hotel for me to leave. I’ve had to wait about six months for me to take a vacation so they can come in and finish the renovations while I’m out of town. Because of paint fumes I need to stay out for two days to avoid the smell. they refuse to cover the costs of me staying out. They lose paperwork. And then confront me like I never sent in the paperwork in the first place. Which I did and have corresponding emails to prove I did. Cindy in the office is very disrespectful. Literally made me cry. she has verbally attacked me as if somehow, it was my fault the unit was not finished. And i quote “ you won’t let us finish the renovations. If you would leave, we could finish” - I was misled/lied to when I moved in. They knew the unit was not finished and did not tell me when I signed the lease. It is NOT My responsibility to accommodate them finishing the renovations. They should have been honest, and not lied when I signed the lease. I should have been given full disclosure before signing a lease, that the unit was not finished. And with Paperwork missing. clearly, there is an issue within the office and them not doing their jobs properly. This complex used to be wonderful. But now it’s all about numbers. Getting people in. The bottom line. Profit. Selling units. Not about quality or customer service or making sure tenants are taken care of treated with respect and that the units are properly finished before leasing to new tenants. and they need to pay maintenance more so these guys will stop quitting and we can get things done quickly without having to wait months on end. I have seen so many maintenance staff come and go since I’ve lived here. Super high turnover rate. It is exhausting, being disrespected in the place you live."
