"My experience so far has only been with the leasing office and has been nothing short of amazing. The customer service has been spot on and they were very helpful and accommodating in the process of moving in :-) Kevin dealt with multiple emails, phone calls, and questions from me and stayed 100% consistent with his amazing customer service through it all. Would definitely recommend to others based off this experience :-)"
"I am happy with the leasing agent Omar, he helped us and gave us an excellent tour. He was excellent at all times, explaining to us while we toured the property. He showed us our apartment twice. The apartment looks remodeled with appliances and counters. The grounds look clean. Excellent treatment, I recommend this team that helped me get my answers to obtain my new home now that I want to settle in Nevada."
"the very first thing you should know about this apartment complex is that the maintenance is absolutely the worst part. if you put in for a work order it could take months, before someone comes by to respond to your issue. its a decent home living for lower income people, you get what you're renting for. but compared to other complex's that i've lived in las vegas, this place has the worst maintenance seen. and if you go to the office to speak with them directly they will say, "we didn't have the staff" and they will say this for weeks or even months. but the good thing is that after such a long time of waiting they may eventually service your toilet or your refrigerator. im worried now that something critical may happen and they will take too long to fix it..."
"Vanessa the leasing agent was great and helped us anytime we had questions and even showed us our apartment twice. The apartment looks remodeled with appliances and counters. The grounds look clean. It’s an apartment so you hear through the walls but that should be expected living on the bottom story. Just moved in but so far we have enjoyed our new home."
"If you can afford to live ANYWHERE ELSE please do. Originally I thought I was getting a good deal for the price because the model unit was very nice. We were given an extremely dirty unit with several broken appliances, holes in the wall, and an insane cockroach problem. Even with all the work orders placed from the first inspection, it took several attempts and trips to the front office to have anyone come to the unit. The people that worked at the front office were so incompetent I am not sure how they could have gotten their jobs; one girl would tell me one thing, and the other would tell me the complete opposite. One girl had the worst memory ever, so you could never trust she was actually going to do anything you asked her to do. They also lost our move in inspection sheet so make sure you keep copies of EVERYTHING. The dishwasher was broken at first and smelled like rotten eggs. After finally getting maintenance to come to my unit they fixed the dishwasher, but I was still left to clean whatever was done to it by the previous tenants. The fridge had mold growing in it, which left a terrible smell. Even after maintenance "cleaned" it, the smell wouldn't go away, so anything I put in the fridge had a terrible smell/taste to it, resulting in me needing to get a mini fridge. I found mold in the bathroom sink and they refused to do anything about it. The fact that this unit was deemed acceptable to give to new tenants is insane. I get it if you are on a budget, but you truly get what you pay for, just don't be fooled by the advertising, this place is NOT a sanctuary by any means."
