"Nice place. But, ground keeping can be better kept throughout the entire complex. Such as hallways sandblasting, trash blown out the halls with blower. Most of all, tenants cleaning up after there animals or maybe themselves. The consistency of maintenance ground keeping can be better.. thank you for the opportunity for accepting my voice and opinion. Have a blessed day!"

"Everyone here in our office is so friendly and try to help as soon as possible. The only drawback is for those people that own dogs and too damn lazy to pick up their poo the office here tries very hard to control it but people like the Ones that are too lazy should not have dogs. Living here is a joy, nice and quiet. Thank you, Sonoma Palms."

"After multiple matience requests to fix my old one and being a heart patient who's medication has to kept stored in the refrigerator at a certain temperature it took a number of inquiries to get a replacement which was quickly handled by the matience Manger and the replacement works fine"

"My experience living at Sonoma Palms has been great. The staff is excellent, easy to talk too. Maintenance is very good. And takes care of my issues promptly. I do wish there was security 24 a day. I.see people that I know shouldn't be on property quite often. But I usually keep to myself, but am concerned with this. Overall.i am very pleased loving here. Nice and quiet as well"

I came looking at this complex six or seven years earlier, I knew it would become permanent so I waited for the perfect time and absolutely that perfect time came! Perfect apartment, perfect location. Staff (always friendly) creative events, neighbors friendly, respectful and look out for one another. Sonoma Palms is an awesome place! Safe!!!"
