"I love the complex overall, however I was not able to see my unit until move in. Once I finally got here I noticed the cabinets weren’t all the same color. No biggie I’m sure they’ll be replaced soon! Then I noticed some outlets were crooked and dings on the walls and doorways. No biggie I’m sure they can be fixed. I wish the move in process was a little more communicative. Satisfied to say the most!"

"I was in the area touring another property and happened to run across 2one5 apartments. Even though I did not have an appointment, Leilani made accommodations to give me an excellent experience. She answered all of my questions with a level of patience and detail that I greatly appreciated. Her approach was both engaging and informative, creating a tour experience that was as enjoyable as it was enlightening. While I ultimately decided on a different living situation, the 2one5 community will certainly be in my considerations if I move again in the future."

"The management office here is awful. I have left them numerous complaints about my noisy neighbors and nothing has been done or even a call back. It does not matter that I have a small child that needs to go to school. I pay the rent and it's not cheap to live here but that does not matter to the office staff. Not to mention if you place a maintenance request. I am on day 3 of waiting on a fix. If you are looking for a place that will address any concerns this is not it!!! Can't wait until my lease is up!!! Because of course if I dare end my lease they would come after you. UNFREAKING believable! RESPONSE TO WHOMEVER RESPONDED THE REVIEW: I would respond if someone would pick up the phone. I have called and as in previous times have to leave a message as there are no full physical presence to answer the phone."

"From the moment I walked into the leasing office till the day we moved in, we experienced nothing but awesome and great service from Lindsey and staff. Lindsey made us feel welcomed and that was done on more than one occasion. She went above and beyond to make this move as smooth as possible. Excellent customer service is hard to find and Westcorp has done a fantastic job hiring exceptional employees. I mean that about your entire staff. I say this because our journey started back in August. My husband and I viewed the apartment on more than one occasion and asked plenty questions. I'm sure it was overwhelming at times because it was busy at times. The apartment was more than what we expected. We walked into a beautiful, spacious, and clean apartment. We would also like to mention that Angel, Robert, and other maintenance members were awesome and helpful. Once again, thank you 2 one 5 apartments."

"I've been living here for 2 years now. its gradually getting WORST. The ladies in the leasing office are very rude and always have a terrible attitude, they aren’t welcoming at ALL!. Three of my close friends who lived here also for 2 years have moved because of the rude staff and lack of amenities. Them main office has been closed for the last 6 month + and it doesn’t seem like anyone is working on it. The pool furniture is old and filthy, the gym is too small for more then 2-3 residents to workout at the same time, not to mention that the equipment is old and always broken. The EV charges used to be free but now you have to pay to charge. Pretty much all the amenities that sold us on moving here are gone along with the friendly staff. There is no quality control.. Unfortunately the bad costumer service is forcing us to move. Luckily there are much nicer apartments with working amenities, great staff, and even better prices!"
