"This place is the worst apartment I’ve ever resided in in my life. I’ve had constant issues in my apartment since I moved in eight months ago. Management(Carla and Daisy) are rude and they’re racist they have attitude problems. They don’t take any complaint you have with your residence seriously I am currently dealing with a bad leak in my dining room that has completely destroyed every item that I possess in my dining room. Maintenance. Replaced a hot water tank yesterday and that water tank caused Some type of water burst in my ceiling. I’ve gone 48 hours without heat or water. Maintenance came back today to assess the issue told me they’d be right back. They have to call up a a plumber. It’s been two hours no maintenance no plumber no updates while My continuously leaks water profusely. They refuse to give money back on the rent when there are issues they refuse to waive any kind of fees on my account when I have issue I am now having to leave a home that I pay $1800 a month for a hotel room. Will I be reimbursed we shall see. Not to mention, I have a infant son in a house with no heat no water. Thanks Vintage point you’ve made this an enjoyable, living experience."

"I really enjoyed staying here at Vintage Pointe, probably one of the best places to stay. No business is perfect, but they try to make things work out for their customers. The interior of the apartments is very clean and modern, they try to keep up with the competition. The staff is very friendly, and the location is pretty decent. A few minutes away from the 95 and you're in between North Las Vegas and Summerlin. One thing that this company needs to work on is Security and Patrolling the parking lot. I had my car broken into and couldn't get any evidence for my insurance because there are no cameras on one of the parts of the complex. I wish that the doors were open after 8PM, even if you have the key fob, all facilities lock out at 8PM. (Gym & Mailroom). The Pool area is clean too. Overall, I would recommend this place, it has been a great home, and the staff is very friendly and helpful."

"Very easy process. They moved me in very fast I need immediate move in and they had my reservation sheet ready in 2 days. Always emailed me back and answered all my questions. Hopefully I love it here i move in today . Highly recommend vintage pointed especially if you need to move fast and easy."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE !!!!! Instantly myself and my husband regret moving here. When we were first moving in here there was a roach problem in which we kept putting in requests to get it fixed and they NEVER did anything. They never even came to look at the problem. There was also a couple months ago when Vegas got so much rain we had rain POURING in from the ceiling (we are on the second floor) and guess again THEY DIDNT DO ANYTHING !!! They kept saying they were going to have people look at the issue but again no one came to look at it. We had our light fixture not working for 3 WEEKS and even got a water bubble from the rain which we still have not gotten fixed and it’s been 4 MONTHS. We didn’t have our light fixture fixed until we asked management to break our lease but they didn’t allow us to. DO NOT MOVE HERE. They also have stupid fees they don’t mention when you first sign your lease. Save your self and DO NOT MOVE HERE ! Apart from that my husband also got his WORK TOOLS STOLEN FROM HIS TRUCK. The security gates are ALWAYS broken and something always needs to be “fixed” in the gym area. Every time you put a request for something to be fixed they just mark it off as fixed but nothing is done in the issue. MANAGEMENT SUCKS OVER ALL."

"I can’t wait to leave. GERMAN ROACHES that the office is aware of and does nothing about. Maintenance requests that don’t get worked on for months and that after you call repeatedly, go up to the office and personally talk to someone about and even after that it’s still a problem wait, my issues were major appliances like my washer that was broken for months. Office charged me a processing fee (stating that I had a 7 day notice on my door) and when I asked to get it reversed I was denied. I have a ring camera, I was never served. I asked for the date and viewed the entire day and they didn’t even want to see and still charged the fee. Called the processing office and the court and nothing was ever filed nor served. Office lacks professionalism and communication except for Mrs. Menchu, she’s great! I don’t feel like they care about anything but the rent money and for the service they provide it’s not worth it. Ignore the reviews if u want like I did and live a year in regret. Also, you have to provide a 3 or 6 month (can’t remember the exact month) notice if you plan on not renewing your lease or your stuck either renewing or paying month to month at a ridiculous amount until you can find elsewhere to live. Update 11/18/23 Since this is the only way I can get your attention. The work orders I submitted OVER a month ago has been marked as completed. I had an appointment with the office to get this completed and once again I stayed home all day no one came or even called to say they wasn’t coming. I called the office and left a message and no call back. I called the office the day you sent a completed work status and was told that I will receive a call from the office manager. It’s been a week and no call and still no fix. My house is freezing, I’m getting sick. What happens when u get sick? U can’t work. What happens when you can’t work? U can’t pay rent. But yall want rent on time but can’t communicate or even complete simple work orders. At this point I’ll be contacting Corporate."
