Reviews
"One of the best grocery shops in the area for desi indian/pakistani products. They have a large variety of products and it is highly unlikely that you won’t find what you’re looking for here. They have basic utensils as well as fresh vegetables in the store. There is also a good restaurant inside which particularly has very good snacks including samosas, samosa chat, pakora, spring rolls, and paneer pakora. Their staff is also very courteous."
"Went last week there. A combination of grocery store and restaurant (Desi Bites). Grocery store is a typical Indian grocery store. The restaurant was very good food. Tried Guntur Karam Dosa, Chicken 65 Dosa, Chicken Biryani, Mutton Chukka, Shrimp Curry and few other things. Ordered and tried everything family style. Everything was very good. Sambhar that came with Dosa was thick and very tasty., chutneys were amazing."
"We ordered on December 30, 2023 - paneer biryani - we made sure we asked to put less ghee/butter , inspite of saying they added lot of butter, it was greasy .. I am shocked by the audacity and arrogance of the cook .. careless attitude.. use some common sense ..desi bytes—"
"The grocery store is ok.. just like most Indian grocery stores, items can be out of date, is generally not clean and pleasant. However the little restaurant inside serves delicious Indian street food and you have to visit it to experience food you will otherwise not find in traditional Indian restaurants. Highly recommend trying their Vada Pav as its very close to authentic. My rating is entirely for the restaurant alone."
"Looooovvveeeddd this place! We got the pakoras, chicken kebabs, chicken and mutton biriyani along with aloo tiki. Ram is such an amazing cook! We also ordered the Thalapakatti biriyani (takes an hour to make so order ahead). It tasted so authentic! The mutton was so tender and perfectly cooked. It was my birthday so the staff surprised me with a delicious butterscotch cake. We will be back again!"
