"Overnighted with my horse. Bob was VERY accommodating and even let me bathe my horse in his heated wash rack. Nice size stalls. Clean facility. My dog got to enjoy some off leash time and play with the friendly dogs who live on the property. Easy in and out for my LQ trailer. Would stay again! Thanks Bob!"

"110% don’t recommend this place. My horse was treated extremely poorly. He was extremely under weight he had absolutely no hair he was skin and bones. The “trainers” methods are terrible and whipped him (not extremely badly but left a mark). I now have one of the best trainers (who was listed in the top ten of world best horse trainers) in Iowa telling me that what he looked like was absolutely unacceptable. It has taken me two years to get him back to health and now finally this is my first year having a healthy happy horse."
