"Dr. Domorad was condescending, rude, and had no interest in listening to my concerns. I asked to see a different doctor. They then decided to transfer me to a facility 45 min away. When I spoke to a receptionist, Anna, about this decision, she was extremely rude and continued to belittle my medical condition. I got responses like “You’re an adult figure it out” and “I don’t know that’s above my pay grade”. Im glad I never have to deal with this place again."
"DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! After they received a clearly stated referral for TESTING from UIHC and called UIHC themselves to inquire, I showed up to my appointment only to be told that UIHC referred me for a referral, that they don’t do said tests, and that they send patients to UIHC for testing! This was all a blatant lie, as confirmed by the UIHC staff who has every record of communication between the two, and had a copy of the referral as well. They do not value your time, and were incredibly dishonest. Regardless of who is really pulling the strings, there is a palpable awareness in that office that they are deceiving patients. It may be that they have apparently one doctor there and are trying to cycle as many patients as possible to make money, or maybe the lack of availability of other doctor’s allows him to do only what he wants, and they’re forced to go along with it. In either case STAY AWAY!"
"My daughter is seen for seizures by Dr. Jorgenson and he has addressed her care with professionalism and empathy. We are seen promptly and never have a problem with our calls being answered or returned in a prompt manner."
"I have been essentially trying to get an appointment with this clinic since July 2021. I have been put off, told they did not receive my records, told they then did not receive enough records, told the nurse who reviews records needs to review them and submit to doctor for consideration. I have not been told they do not have an answer yet - It is October 11, 2021. I have called, left messages too many times to count. Never a call back. Today I was specifically told they would call me right back - four hours later - no call. I was told by Denise they would call me, I called back and asked for Denise. Was told no Denise works here. Then was told, after I said I talked to her - Oh, yes you wanted Denise - yes Denise isn't technically an employee here. Disgusted......yes. I tried to call the Mercy Clinic patient advocate - no answer at 4:10 on 10/11/21."
