"Terrible we drove over 4 hours to a hospital we thought would help our son. He was in extreme distress with special needs they completely dismissed us without doing anything the dr said well I guess I should do an exam I think he’s just constipated. He actually had a very bad intestinal infection that he couldn’t tell us… very disappointed & ashamed how the dr treated us at ER"

"The best cardiovascular treatment. Miles above the rest. Unbelievably professional, polite, knowledgeable, and just on point for the task at hand. The treatment my family with the utmost respect. They are better than Kaitlin Clark."

"Run away! Husband had open heart surgery. Nurses do not listen to the drs here. Was supposed to change iv line I had to directly ask for it to be done took 2 days. After 8 days switched to a shared room. Who sends a vulnerable patient to a shared room? They threw my husbands stuff in the trash they did not transfer it to the other room. Rooms are dirty. I’ll be back with updates am filing a formal complaint on this and more"

"Extortionists with very little real patient care. They have all the means, top notch facilities, cutting edge tools and minds, but every time I ever went for anything it generally consisted of inviting me to come back again and again to see how things progressed without any real answers given (see also squeeze the patient for money). Adding to that, their prices are incredible and constantly creeping upward with very little transparency as to what you should expect on your bill. I have very good insurance, but I still check the explanation of benefits breakdown and watched how in a one-year period a routine office visit went from around $500 to close to $800. Nothing fancy was done, nothing had changed except their level of greed and what they felt people would endure. Finally, a specific example is when I went for my annual checkup. On my insurance it is covered entirely at no cost to me, not even a copay. However, because a doctor came in and asked me a couple questions about smoking (I did at the time, no longer) and basically read to me out of a quit smoking pamphlet, they changed the coding on my checkup to a smoking cessation which my insurance did not cover. I had to call billing and argue this and have them change it back. Make sure to keep an eye on all of your receipts and ask lots of questions otherwise they will take advantage of you. If you are paying for it, they should be treating you accordingly."
