The secret of how good they are is out so sometimes it can take a bit to schedule, but it's absolutely worth it."

"I am a student at the University of Iowa and I have the school's health insurance. I have been going to Willow Creek since I got to Iowa and by far Dr. Voshell is one of the best dentists I have ever been to. They are so friendly and he is always willing to answer all of my many questions. He always runs my insurance first and tells me 1) what the insurance will cover, 2) if there will be any out of pocket costs, and 3) if there are out of pocket costs, how much those costs will be. This makes it really easy to make informed decisions. I've never been hit with a surprise bill here. He gives a really clear analysis of what my options are if I ever need to have any sort of procedure done and tells me when he thinks I can wait to get something done. I have never felt like something was a money grab. While doing procedures he always tells me about any sensations/noises that I should expect to feel/hear. He's very kind about me needing to have earbuds in sometimes to deal with the noises. I have never felt judged or shamed for any reason at this office. If you need any sort of accommodations, this is by far one of the best offices you can go to. And overall he is a very kind, down-to-earth, and genuine person. I cannot recommend this office enough."
