"If you want to get the run around this is your dr. My mom was told she had irritable bowl syndrome and after multiple medicines that did not help anything, she point blank asked the dr how she didn't know it was her pancreas, her response was because nothing showed on the ultrasound that was done MONTHS earlier. Well guess what, my mom was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. If you do a quick google search on pancreatic cancer, you quickly learn it comes on quickly and spreads quickly. I think most people want a dr that would treat us like they would their own family and this is not the case with Dr Hein. If my mom hadn't been her own advocate and not found another dr, Dr Hein would probably still be trying different IBS medicine."

Excellent doctor: conscientious work (I was awake during the procedure), cordial and informative pre/during/post procedure, listened to concerns.
