"Been waiting 5 hours for service for a flat tire. Still no idea when or if AAA will arrive. Why did I pay for service that does not exist?"

"Haven’t had to use them yet, but I joined when we were having continuously sweltering weather. I have a good car insurance, but you never know how long it will take for help to get to you."

"AAA is a great, convenient set of services, even if you're not a member. My son and I were able to easily obtain international drivers permits (we brought the correct paperwork, a few bucks, and our us drivers licenses). Mike Niece took care of us with great care to get everything right."

"My truck broke down at 8:30 A.M. I call tripple A. After 3 or 4 calls in a four hour period I was told a tow was coming. I ask who they called. I then called that shop and they said they had nit reviewed any call from tripple A and besides that they didn't travel that far ( to my location. After numerous calls, lies and excuse I had my wife come and get me. At approximately 11:30 A.M the NEXT day I received a call from a shop who said that Tripple Ahad just called them and wanted to know if I still needed a tow"

"I called the AAA office to see if appointment was necessary. The voice sounded very young. She didn’t know if there were maps like she’d never heard of a map. She didn’t seem to know about planning a trip. AAA used to be a go to place to plan a trip. It sounds as if that is not offered anymore. What are the benefits AAA membership we pay for other than road service if it’s close by. Not many service stations honor AAA. I know there is insurance and credit cards but what about personnel service? I just paid for my next year as a member. I may need to reconsider that next year. It may not be worth it. Sorry to write this. Really disappointed."
