"This is the BEST clinic I've ever received care from, BY FAR. To start, the front desk staff is incredibly sweet and resourceful. The nurses and doctors at this clinic are the best of the best. In particular, I want to highlight to excellent caliber of healthcare I've received from Dr. Schuster and Nurse Nicole. To me, they epitomize what healthcare should be. They take their time. They truly LISTEN to you as a patient. I have never felt rushed, dismissed, or discouraged here. I feel heard. I feel advocated for—because they will advocate for you. If you have a health concern, they will never dismiss it. They will get to the bottom of it. In healthcare, that is truly rare. They are also incredibly knowledgable and have the most wonderful bedside manor. I feel extremely blessed to be a patient of Dr. Schuster's. Additionally, the nurses at the blood draw lab here are miracle workers. I have been very scared of needles and having my blood drawn for as long as I can remember So, I was a bit flabbergasted when I first has my blood drawn here. It was quick and painless. The nurses at the lab here are miracle workers. And, I wish all healthcare professionals were more like Dr. Schuster, Nurse Nicole, and the rest of the staff here."

"I’ve never had to wait more than 5 or 10 minutes to be seen or to have labs done. Front desk people including Peggy (don’t remember all names) have been great, nurses and assistants kind and efficient and Dr Hedge very kind and helpful. No complaints from here. Only gratitude."

"I hope no one will experience like I did with the receptionist in Iowa City mercy family practice. After all the waiting for some one to pickup the phone and got yielded on phone just to asked what date is my appointment. Got hang up from receptionist . I cal back and find out my appointment got canceled trying to reschedule but they put me on hold after 4 to 5 minutes they cut me off. I means really. This is how a good train / professional person tread they patient?"

"My doctor has been very good. Front desk is very slow to pick up the phone, wait times just to speak to a receptionist have been at least 15 minutes. Have been hung up on after being on hold for 40 minutes. Call backs from the receptionist and/or nurses sometimes never happen. I have had 2 requests to speak to my doctors nurse that have gone unanswered. Just in the last 3 months. Very disappointing. Doctors and nurses are generally very nice when you see them and care is thorough."
