"Dr. Reed was a fantastic physician with excellent pediatric bedside manner and a respect for my time as a parent. But the administration of the practice is so poor and the billing such a nightmare that I have to echo many of the other reviews. I would not recommend going here if you have a choice. It has been an odyssey."

"The Privacy Officer at ENT Medical Services, Daniel Salm, allowed a lot of my PHI to be released without my consent, and without making an Accounting of Disclosure of the release of my PHI. He has also not provided me Right to Access my own PHI. He’s not responding to my HIPAA complaints about this, so now I have to work with the DHS Office of Civil Rights to have somebody in Federal law enforcement help me. These guys basically won’t follow the rules unless you contact the Office of Civil Rights to help you. Go somewhere that has a legitimate privacy officer on staff."

"Dr Robert Thomas did an awesome job on my sinus surgery and following appointments. He is professional, efficient, and above all he cares about his patients. I can breath better than I ever have in 60 years. I would highly recommend the surgery if it is needed."

"This office has the fastest service of any office that I have been to before. They cleared up my ear problems in less than one month, and knew exactly what to do. I never waited longer than 10 to 15 minutes in the waiting room and they were always professional, and kind to me. I had been seeing an ENT at the University of Iowa hospitals and clinics for over eight months about a reoccurring infection in both of my ears. I had been put on countless antibiotics, many types of drops, and gone in for appointments more times than I can count. My ears have gotten so bad to the point that I visited an urgent care on the weekend because I literally could not hear and my ears were so swollen. I stressed to the urgent care nurse that I felt like I was being medically invalidated by the University and she had recommended this office to me. During my first appointment, they suggested that we do a cultural test to see if the infection was bacterial or fungal, since the University had been treating it as a bacterial, and it wasn’t clearing up. The culture came back that it was a fungal infection so it had been mistreated for many months. I cannot think there’s office enough for actually listening to me and helping me clear up this ongoing infection!!! I absolutely recommend them."

"My Mother has dementia, she is 93yo and it is a big effort to get her to an appointment. We live an hour away from this place. I got her there for her appointment and they said Sorry, the Doctor is working in Muscatine today. She was supposed to have her ears cleaned, then a hearing test and hearing aids adjusted. Well, none of those things could be done. I asked why they didn't call me and let me know. They just noticed it before we walked in. They wanted to reschedule. Nope!!!"
