"Been going there for the last ten years, the food used to be good in the cafeteria, now it sucks"
"This facility in general has no clue of what customer service is. I asked 3 weeks ago if I could use community care for glasses and they said sure. Then once I get to the place I'm my area the place told me that I couldn't get glasses just and eye exam. The entire point to use community care is so you can go to somewhere more convenient. I thwn wasted gas getting there and now I have to find a way to get glasses. I'm short on funds so now I'm screwed. Worst of all they have done nothing for messing up."

"My husband recently had a cataract removed at the VA hospital. He received excellent care, and he is healing well. We were treated with great care and respect. The facility is clean and comfortable. The doctors and nurses are fabulous. My husband was given a free meal in the cafeteria, by using his Veteran's ID card in the kiosk there. There was a nice selection of good food. He has full confidence in them, and looks forward to getting his other eye treated."
