"Called almost a year postpartum to try to schedule an appointment regarding PPD and PPA and was turned away and told they can only help for the first 12 weeks and then after you are on your own. They would not help. The receptionist spoke to me as if I was stupid and was super rude."

"Honestly I loved unity point. I’ve always had them deliver my babies but I’m finding myself now choosing to go somewhere else. I recently found out I was pregnant and I’m not really sure who they have on their nursing staff answering the phones but they are very rude and not really professional. I just called to schedule a ultrasound as I was instructed to go after my labs came back great I told the receptionist that and her response was “oh we told you that?” And she put me on hold to check as it i was lying or something. Not really to happy with them right now"

I was able to see all of the doctors before delivering my first baby and got to know and become comfortable with all of them so It was a no brainer to come back for my second. They always answer all my questions and address my concerns. Also, Dr Dickinson in particular was and is phenomenal!! Great clinic."
