So I had to pay the full 500 and some before because it was a special order, I understand. That was 7 months ago and still have not heard a word. Not the most competent people."

There is a light in the back ground that changes colors. It makes the room so homey. Give off great heat too. Thank you Tera for selling us this awesome fireplace. It is beautiful."
"The showroom is so beautiful and elegant, but I did not feel uncomfortable strolling in with my kids in tennis shoes and a sweatshirt. The staff were so welcoming! I could spend all day just looking at the decor that they sell, but I went in to look at fireplaces. The staff was so friendly and willing to go above and beyond to not only meet my needs, but exceed my expectations. I was able to find everything I needed for my fireplace, and all the resources to get the job done, start to finish, in one stop while my kids colored pictures, and enjoyed a snack and drink that an employee offered. I mean, seriously, that just does not happen anywhere! Loved it, loved the experience, and I look forward to going back to visit my new friends at the store!"
