"Got a hand-me-down Traeger grill from a friend, and the internal temperature probe was out. After searching around town on a Sunday, trying to find a part, my brother-in-law suggested BBQ Heaven. I was in and out of their with the part in minutes. The man helping me knew exactly what part I needed and had it in my hand quickly and for a very reasonable price. They saved the day and my grill! Glad to find a place locally that has a great selection of parts on hand! I'd have had to wait a week to get a part online and leave my grill in pieces until it arrived! Thanks for the quick save!"
"Warning. I was there last summer and bought a napoleon prestige pro grill. I had called ahead twice to make sure they had it in stock and reserved for me. I was assured it was both times. I had them measure the box demintions so I could be sure it would fit in my vehicle. They also told me it was at the front of the warehouse for quick pick up. This was all a lie. It was a long drive for me one way. When I got there they did not have my grill in stock or on hold as previously told. I went home with the display model, no discount either. I should not have gone home with that one.The lid on my grill does not set correctly when it is closed. Just order online and skip this place. They won't tell you anything you have not already read anyway. When you order online you will get what you expect at least."
