"I tried to pick up Friday night and they were closed earlier due to staffing issues. So I went back Saturday afternoon and closed ALL day. Called the Louise location to get my Prescription there and they couldn’t because it is already ready at this location. BUT I CANT GET IT! I am never using them again."

"I went in because I was never given needles with my son’s emergency IM medication. I was told I couldn’t get any because the med should be given in the ER. I explained that his doctor wants it to be given at home. I asked if he could call and ask and he got angry, yelling about his license. I get that ignoring the script is illegal for pharmacists, but why can’t you just ask the doctor for a new order? Why be so loud and belligerent? I probably snapped back, for which I can apologize. But really. Learn customer service."
