"Ordered and paid for a large toolbox and waited a month till i called and they said it was available the next morning for pickup. showed up the next few multiple days for pickup with to be informed theres nobody available to get it from the back of the store , i was told to drive back later in the day both days. Wouldn't even offer a discount for the trouble. Harbor freight is a great store but not this one"
