"I took my dog here and had an appointment for 7AM, I get there at 7 and no one was working the front desk. It took 10 minutes before someone came out then when they did they told me they don’t know when the cleaner gets here so what was the point of setting an appointment? I pick up my dog later and it took almost 20 minutes for someone to come out and help. They were in the back blasting music. They told me her nails were trimmed ( they weren’t) and she was groomed nicely but why say her nails were trimmed, take forever to help me out, then at the end of it they ask for a tip."
