"We had to find late accommodations due to road conditions while driving from Chicago to Omaha after a flight cancellation. Traveling with two little kids and our in-laws, we were exhausted in desperate need of some rest. I have pretty high expectations of hotels and am rarely impressed, to be honest, but this hotel was perfect. Friendly, accommodating staff. Delicious free breakfast. Impeccably clean rooms. Amenities like toothbrushes, toothpaste, and deodorant because we had lost our luggage. Easy access to I80. Comfortable bed. A pack and play was placed in our room ahead of our arrival, and even included a legitimate pack and play sheet (not the unsafe queen flat sheet that so many hotels provide). We were thoroughly impressed and SO grateful for a good night's rest and warm satisfying breakfast before the final leg of our trip."

"I've stayed at a lot of hotels in my time. We thought the service here was top-notch and enjoyed our stay. Great view of the pond, geese, and fall colors as well as convenient walk to several restaurants and outlet mall stores. We'll be back the next time we visit."

"On the outskirts of Des Moines, a solid spot to set up for a night on your way through. It's in a developing part of the county, but still nice and easy enough to get too. The front desk in the night and morning were super helpful and great to talk to. The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. Parking was super easy too. I'll be back on my next road trip through."

"We stayed July 13, 2023. We were very happy with customer service from the moment we arrived. Our room was nice and very clean, we stayed in a double queen. They had an amazing breakfast with many options to choose from and someone constantly keeping an eye on food for refills. We used the the hot tub and pool, it was clean and towels were provided. My only complaint would be the water pressure for the shower was not great at all… but all and all, we would stay here again!"
