"The Groomerz is a fantastic and caring place to have your pet groomed! The grooming is top of the line, done by people who pay close attention to your pets needs! We absolutely need more quality pet groomers like the Groomerz on 35th and 4th Ave! When my pet stays for the day I am totally at ease with it! I know and understand that sometimes things happen that mess up the scheduling and therefore the entire rest of their grooming day! I have spent time there a few times and I realize how demanding their job is! I've come to know and love these folks because in their hearts they give their all to all the pets who are groomed there! The Groomerz are the best in town and all around!"

"First I called a week in advance and set an appointment for 9am and I didn’t get my dog back until 6pm Second I have reason to believe that the entire 9 hours my dog was with them she was not fed or given water Third when I asked for a time when my dog would be ready I was told (with an attitude) that my dog would be ready in the afternoon or 12:30pm-1pm instead of SIX Fourth her haircut was incomplete with random and uneven patches on her chest and her nails were not trimmed at all Also I was charged $100 due to them saying she was misbehaving even though she has never done so except when I’m their care. And this was her third time being “professionally” groomed along with her hair being brushed daily and washed monthly by me, with no problems at all"
"I have taken my coonhound here twice now for a clean and nail trim. The staff is very friendly and my dog is excited to go back. She is good with other dogs so they allow her to be out when she’s not being worked on. It’s so nice that she doesn’t have to kennel. Their prices are very fair and I like that you can see the grooming area. You can tell they really love the animals. Juliet loves her pretty Bandana."
