"I had an appointment to have my cat bathed groomed and clipped At 7 o'clock AM when I showed up. There was no way to get in. You need about seven fifteen a m I finally was able to get a hold of somebody and get the doors open and get my cat in. I gotta give him credit. My cat's not the easiest to deal with. And I'm sure she wasn't with them. But they said she was great, and my cat looks great. Everything turned out great, thank you very much, petsmart. And the people were real friendly.
