"I gained some weight after starting some medication and am very used to going into dressing rooms and having no luck. After going into Old Navy yesterday, I was blown away. They had so many plus sizes in their typical clothing, which was amazing to see. Everything I tried on, I bought! It was unlike any other experiences I have had at other stores, and I cannot recommend this Old Navy enough!"

"This location ( Coralville Mall) always seems cluttered & their sales are always behind other stores. What I bought in Ames & Williamsburg, 2-3 weeks ago was extremely CHEAPER than this location. The checkout gal was friendly but "unable" to look up stock like the other locations have done.. This is is ok... I would just travel to other locations first."

"Very attentive, but, not overly attentive staff. The store was very clean. At the register, the clerk helped us sign up for the Old Navy credit card, and was really nice, even when I couldn't remember my phone number. We got very cute and comfy clothes. We will definitely be going back!"

"Shopped just after COVID quarantine restrictions were easing so the store was relatively quiet. All employees were wearing masks. Encountered 3 employees who were super friendly and stated they had just started working this week. Great selection of clothes with many sales running in all departments. The store was clean, practicing safe distancing, friendly and knowledgeable employees... overall a great shopping experience for my daughter and me."

"The store has good collections but it is not organized pretty well especially the clearance section clothings are just fallen here and there! There is a price difference in products which you buy online and same product available at store. Sometimes they forget to remote security tag to the cloths which is frustrating because you have to go again to the store just to get that tag removed."
