"I've been to a lot of Lane Bryants and have a closet full of their brand. Great quality. This store grabbed my package and said goodbye. Every other store has offered me in-store promotions or at least told me about their current sales. Bad job."

"I’m really glad this shop is open. I have been able to return items I’ve purchased online. Unfortunately, whenever I go to the shop the same person does the refunds. She isn’t friendly. The 3 times I’ve gone she’s never said hello or really acknowledged me at all. She just starts with the paperwork. I’m not sure of her role at the shop. I hope she isn’t management."

"This is the 2nd time I have visited the Altoona Outlet Lane Bryant and was my last. Both times I went in planning to buy 2 bras and an oversized sleep shirt. Both times I walked out with nothing. The reason, no one acknowledged me when I went in the store, no one acknowledged me when I was looking though bras and no one acknowledge me when I went to sleep shirts. Both times it was the same person behind the counter chatting with 2 other associates. I was very disappointed. They were scrolling though pictures on cell phones. There were 3 other customers in the store at that time as well. I shopped LB at the mall for years and years and always had great service. Two chances is enough. Torrid got my business Saturday."
