Hobby Lobby 1160 East Army Post Road, Des Moines, IA 50315

"Spent an hour shopping while my husband was test driving a few cars. I had quite a few small items that kept falling through the cart. So I grabbed a Hobby Lobby reusable shopping bag and put the items in it and kept the bag in the cart and continued shopping. My husband finally showed up, I had to run outside to take a phone call, while outside the store manager approached my husband and told him he's not allowed to have things in the shopping bag. (Mind you, I've had stuff in the bag for an hour and NO ONE said a thing to me.) My husband told the manager he was merely watching the cart for me, and the manager snatched the bag out of the cart and rudely told him if I "planned on purchasing" the items I could come find him. Guess they didn't want the $300 I was planning on spending in there that day. I won't be back."

"I love this place! They have such a different array of items to choose from, and they always have a 40-50% sale on a lot of their decorations. Even their furniture. I love that I can walk into this store and look around for what I want, I can see the actual size...feel the actual product. I can't do that if I'm buying something off of the internet. This us a great store."
