"The customer service is average at best. The help is disengaged and uninterested. The phone number shown on their website asks for an access code, which makes no sense, and then disconnects. After making more than one trip to pick up an order after being notified that it’s ready for pickup, I tried to verify that using their posted number. It’s much easier to shop elsewhere."

"It's an Old Navy but gone are the days of clerks on the floor offering assistance, none in the dressing room which still had returns waiting to be hung and lots of racks were rummaged through. But lots of sales - that good. The cashier didn't ask us for our rewards number but asked us twice to open a credit card."

"I went to try on jeans and there was a long wait for dressing rooms which is fine due to it being back to school time. The thing that bothered me is watching someone get help finding their correct size from the same employee multiple times and then not getting the same treatment. None of my jeans fit, and I wasn't offered assistance in getting a different size. At least the store was organized, but I probably won't be coming back here."

"Excellent variety of well-made yet affordable clothing. Excellent and convenient location, friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Good parking as well. The interior is well laid out and easy to navigate. The staff is friendly."

"The customer service is terrible, the cashier registers see that the line is terribly long, but do nothing to mitigate the wait myself and the other patrons were having. Alecia was the slowest and the one who looks like she stopped giving a damn. Michelle helped a little bit but not quickly enough. The store is also disorganized. Understaffed or not, this is unacceptable and I do not recommend shopping here."
