"Out of all the J Crews which I’ve shopped at, this location has to be the most unwelcoming store ever. In the years I’ve lived in the area, I visited this store at least a dozen times, and was never offered help, nor have I been greeted. The set up of this location, does not look like a higher end store. Definitely needs a remodel, and more welcoming staff. I hate having to rate the store as a one star, as they have wonderful, beautiful, and excellent quality clothing."
