"Dirty - doesn't look like the floors have been swept/vacuumed in months. Two employees were present on a Saturday afternoon, but only one would help customers (both check out and dressing rooms). The other would disappear conveniently when a customer was looking for assistance."

"I bought sweatpants and realized they were too small once I got home. Went to return them the next day and as they were looking for the attached tag one of them accused me of steal saying there’s an extra tag in the bag which was not from me since I only bought one pair of sweat pants. Then went on saying I can’t return them because the tag was off, which it was not and the girl finally seen it attached to the pocket lining. Another employee came in and was cussing and being very loud while I was waiting for my transaction to be finish up and somehow got all the employees talking about it “freeway drama” while helping other customers. Not professional or friendly service at all. Get it together girl, you don’t gotta make everything about your drama"

"One of the employees was very unhelpful when I asked if they had a certain size in the back. She seemed like she didn’t wanna help & the supposedly manager wouldn’t give us a full refund on our return because we didn’t have the same card but my card had expired and I had to renew it. It’s still the same account & I had proof I paid for it. When you pay in a visa debit you are allowed to get a full refund back within your card or cash back. He continued to argue with us saying he was following the policy but ended being rude and only giving us store credit back when really we could’ve have it back on my card. Plus the girl employee kept yawning and acted like she didn’t want to help no one at all."

"Terrible exchange program. Wanted us to pay to exchange a gift?!? Stood in a long line 3 times, confused us. Nothing to choose from and way way overpriced ugly clothes. Wont go back. Rude employess. We ended up just keeping the gift(shirt) we walked in with bc employee couldnt figure out how to let us just exchange it! Without us paying at least 12 bucks! Spent 45 min in hot, crowded store in line listening to employees push merchandise onto ppl they really didn't want. Tacky. Dont go. Too many nice other cheaper stores!"

"If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Unfortunately, Pax Sun's return policy is terrible for customers. Although the employee was very kind & helpful in trying to find what my son wanted, we could not return shoes received as a gift, even with the receipt because they were purchased 31 days ago. So, anything purchased around Thanksgiving - when people shop for Christmas - is more than 30 days old & can only be returned for store credit. Since they did not have the shoes in his size, we had to take store credit & no shoes. Not a great Christmas gift for a 10 year old. Also, the store credit had to be signed by me and I am the only person who can use it - with identification. Rediculous. We will not shop here again."
