"1. Very rude staff 2. Dressing rooms clothes 30 minutes before the store closes. So, we drove over 30 minutes. Store closes at 6pm..and at 5:35 nope no exceptions. Advised to take the dress to public restroom after purchasing it...and all sales are final. This is called lazy workers 101... get off your phones and work throughout the day. Do yourself a favor order online! Amazon had return and same dress for 1/4 the price."

"Really like shopping for dresses here , nice quality for the prices. Rude customer service today during our visit. Employees sat talking to each other without acknowledging us standing at the counter, they acted like it was a hassle to help us out when that is what they are they for. I would have left without buying, if my daughter hadn't gone through the whole process of trying on all of the dresses and finding one she liked."
"This is really sad three employees for the whole store line is longer than two hours just for the waiting room check out it’s another two hours. I would really avoid the store…."
"I love windsor! They have something for everybody and every occasion. We bought our bridesmaid dresses here. Its high quality fabric according to my seamstress. The reason I gave 4 stars is they don't allow returns on certain dresses, I live over an hour away from the closest windsor so this is a negative for me as I often order a couple sizes and return what doesn't fit."
