"Horrible service! They were so rude. I was there at 6:30, they close at 7pm. They started shutting down, music went off 15 minutes early to rush me. I needed help finding my size bra, but instead of staying in the pink department, the cashier spent the next 10 minutes on the other side. When I finally found my sizes. She said we are closing in 5 minutes. I bit my tongue. If she would have been where I could have asked for help then I would have had the opportunity to try on the bras. Now I will have to make second trip, 15 more dollars in gas to return a bra because she was to busy visiting to help. And acted disgusted that I would even ask to try on the one bra. Who ever worked tonight, needs to learn how to do her job and not run around trying to stay out of the customers way so she doesn't have to help."

"Worst customer service ever. If you shop here you might as well do your own price checks with a baby on your hip. Then when you tell the associates about the price on the sign they will just smack their lips and roll their eyes and say “ yea we need to fix that.” Needless to say I canceled my VS CC and will be buying my drawers elsewhere. Shout out to Pluto your customer service was also nonexistent."

"Yesterday my best friend and I had the most AMAZING experience at this location! Not only did every associate check on us while just walking by, but we were offered to be sized as well as the wonderful gal helping us shared some knowledge and tips! We met her at the cashier counter and she wrapped our delightful experience up as she offered us a coupon for an upcoming sale. But that wasn’t it. We were sent off as each employee wished us a wonderful day as we walked out. Very pleased with our visit! I know I will be coming back soon! Thank you ladies!"
