"I had a horrible experience a little over a year ago and hadn't been into the store since. Today, my daughter and I went into the store to purchase some shoes I found online that said they were available in store. Mary and Barb the sales manager helped me. They couldn't find the shoes in store and helped me get them ordered and shipped to my house. They were wonderful and very friendly, much different than the experiences I had in the past. We will be returning again!"

"Placed order 12/16/23 to ship-tp-store in 5-7 business days and regularly checked for email order arrived. The first customer service agent suggested reordering by noon on 12/29/23, but call local store first to see if they had shoes available. The store did not have my size, so I spoke to 2nd customer service agent, who researched and found the order was delivered to the local store on 12/22/23. She emailed the FedEx delivery confirmation. However, the online status continued stating the order was in process. I called the local store again and was told the system showed the order shipped, but hadn't arrived. She also said the order looked odd and maybe I should reorder. She requested details from me and physically looked for & found the order. No one called, emailed, texted or communicated in any other way that the order did indeed arrive 12/22/23. I am grateful to get order, but disappointed in the way this was handled. Do better DSW."
