While we thought we knew what we wanted (semi-settling), Sid listened to our needs and wants and directed us to the perfect solution. He was very helpful in helping pick out fabrics and gave us space when I needed it. He was patient and that is a huge plus to me! "When I shop for furniture, I always use Jake at this store. He is an excellent sales person and VERY knowledgeable about the products. I custom ordered a sofa, and I felt disappointed this is how it lined up. They thought they had it fixed, but when it arrived at my house, the line fell in the same place. My movers were delayed as the sign on the warehouse doesn't reflect the correct pickup hours. Jake was really kind about everything and we have started over with a new sofa. The assistant manager mentioned they have ordered an updated sign as to avoid pickup-time confusion in the future."
