"I recently went there looking for a specific pair of shoes. The service was the worst I have ever experienced. People need to get fired! I couldn’t tell who was an employee and who wasn’t. All your employees walk around not even acknowledging their customers. All they do is hang around behind the desk while DOZENS of customers line up to the cash register to simply ask for a shoe size. This is not professional or acceptable. The lady who was taking the shoes was extremely rude and obviously didn’t want to be there. I waited two hours for my shoes which they ended having behind their desk without even telling me before. Fire your employees and don’t keep paying them for not doing their job. I remember YEARS ago where employees were welcoming and asking what you needed. That is clearly not the case now and whoever is managing the place needs to step up and take action. This has been happening for too long."

"Customer service is consistently rude, they often do not help when there are enough people, and just has a really negative environment. Workers will ask to help and then just disappear, currently been waiting for 30 minutes after asking 3 people to grab me a size of shoe. Workers walking around with AirPods on the it phone, sitting behind the desk talking while there are people in line, and just overall not doing their job. Please fire the entire and start from scratch."

"If I could give negative stars I would. I placed an order online for shoes my daughter needed for competitive dance. Online it stated they were in stock at that location. I didn't receive an email to pick up the order so I called to get an estimated time frame. I was told they'll be ready for pick up when they're ready (lady was extremely rude). When my significant other and myself entered the store, we were told they didn't have that size anymore. When we entered the store, there was a very strong marijuana smell and several of the employees were just standing around. When my significant other made a complaint to the store manager, he acted as of it wasn't a big deal that these issues took place. Since we needed a particular shoe in 2 days, we had to buy a size 1 1/2 bigger since we can't find them anywhere. Otherwise, I wouldn't have given my business nor money to them."

"I came in here to shop for some shoes and successfully bought some sweet kicks. What I didn’t expect was to leave my bag which had my passport in it after the store closed. My flight was early in morning so it was crucial that I get it. The manager and his employee went out of their way, way after hours to help me. It is because of you guys that I am home now. So thank you."

"I'm sure this store could make some money if they actually hired people that could work.Waited 5 minutes for the employees to get done talking about their schedules. Asked for a different size of shoe, he acted like he understood but must not have because I waited, waited some more, waited even longer never got my shoes. Asked twice to that employee and once to a different employee. $200.00 sale lost because your employees are not properly trained to work the job they have been hired to do."
